Domina Sales Force is the sales activities management system developed for the international hotel chain Domina Hotels.

The platform was developed to allow the tracking and tracing of the entire working workflow on a customer, from first contact to after-sales activities, through a simple and functional responsive graphical interface.

The system allows to operate on the following macro-areas:

– management of multi-user tasks and alerts

– management of clients with profiling, referent management and document management

– management of private and public events

– management of multi-services offers with variables customizable by hotels

This web solution, accessible from all operators from various hotels, has helped to improve performances and exchange of informations, replacing Excel spreadsheets, previously used for planning activities.

The platform was developed through PHP, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS technologies, while the database is based on the open source RDBMS MySQL.
